    I needed to open an RRSP and was referred to Serguei Solokhine. Right off the bat he warned us that he had only twenty minutes. Then, in his office, instead of taking advantage of the short time we had to help us, he disinterestedly looked at my documents and asked random questions. Finally, he said he could not really help us. While he was talking to us, he put his feet up the table and laced his shoes. I found that very disrespectful. Probably, he would have acted differently if he was meeting with a businessman he would make a big buck with. The most inefficient and unprofessional bank staff I have ever seen. Don't recommend him!

  • I've been dealing with this branch for many years, staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Got excellent mortgage rate. Very easy to meet with financial advisers. Would recommend.

    CUSTOMER FOR 7 YEARS SO FAR Not impressed with the manager and one of the tellers at this location. I went in and wanted to deposit my cheque at the teller thinking that it would not be held. Instead the teller held my cheque. I told her that I had came in a time before and another teller did not hold my cheque. Mind You, this is my work pay and comes with a pay stub. I then told her that if I had known I would have just deposited it into the machine and went about my day. She told me that they are like the machine, that's where I was confused. I then asked to speak with the manager. The manager told me that my cheque is on hold due to my home branch and so forth. I told her the exact same thing, I came in before and my cheque was not held. She then had the audacity to bring up the fact that my employment says COSTCO. I haven't worked at Costco in years and yeah maybe I should have changed it. I then asked her if it would have made a difference if I still worked at Costco? She said no. Now I'm confused. So you basically threw it in my face that it says I work at COSTCO for what reason? I took it as the manager and teller are friends and clearly the manager is kissing her ass. The manager has no type of management skills and not professional. Could not help me at all. Location sucks.
